Spiritual Companionship

Spiritual companionship is a safe place to bring whatever is on your heart. It is a place to question, talk, and listen in non-judgmental conversation. It is not therapy, it is not advice. It may include moments of silence, readings, meditations. It may include reflections and deeper questions. It also may include a slow walk in a forest forming a reciprocal relationship with nature. You bring the agenda and speak your truth. You define your understanding of what you believe to be your source. It is fluid, open and affirming.

Individual

Sessions with individuals one on one are held either in person or virtually on zoom. The location of in person sessions is flexible depending on convenience and comfort level with options being in Becky’s home office or at private rooms in public locations such as a library or yoga studio.

One introductory/exploratory session is free of charge to determine if the companionship is a good fit with subsequent sessions charged a flexible sliding fee determined by the seeker. No one will be turned away because of cost, so options for scholarships are available.

Frequency of sessions is up to the seeker. Most often sessions are monthly. Seekers bring whatever topics are on their hearts to the session and conversations often include time for stillness and reflection.

Presentations

Becky is available for group facilitation and presentations related to creating a deeper spiritual life. Past offerings have been held at Perennial Yoga.

Outdoor Companionship

Immersion into nature, sometimes called forest bathing, consists of a slow, gentle, intentional experience of developing a deeper, reciprocal relationship with the more than human world. Sessions offered as a group or individual help to engage the senses and promote the healing and stress reducing affects of this natural connection.

Group

Persons who have some experience with participating in groups and what spiritual guidance is are often interested in being a part of a small group guidance process.  Here each individual shares with the group who hold space and listen, and provide reflections and support. The guide facilitates the group and provides guidance as well structures time for stillness and divine invitation.
